SPEM series have optimized surface structure compare to PEM50/75. These is no gap on the surface, means no permeation of coolant oil and water. Meanwhile holding force will reduce around 10% but still powerful enough for milling process.We could also customize the chuck sharp according to special needs.
Flexible control unit could be choosed according to both standard and customized poles layout. The working voltage (200~400v) and frequency(50/60Hz) are also available according to request.
Pole extension could pretect magnetic chuck from wearing out and make the working life longer. Besides, for various applications, we have different solution with the option supply of different height and sharp pole extensions.
The high performance epoxy resin filled in poles gaps could protect the chuck surface from coolant oil or water.
