The new 18 pcs Permanent Electromagnetic system has been tested ok and be ready for delivering. These PEM chucks could be controlled by a CM controller at the same time.
Due to the flexible pole layout of PEM chucks, MAGTWINS could design special magnetic workholding according to customer’s requests and find a solution together with our end-user. Both 1 controller for single chuck or multi chucks are available.
PEM chucks have the following obviously advantages:
1, 5 side machining at a single clamp;
2.Less defomation during processing because of cold clamping
3.Free of energy due to the NdFeB permanent magnets inside.
4.Easy to operate, MAG and DEMAG could be switched within seconds.
It could be applied in metal cutting, molds, robotics, automotive, shipbuilding, plastics and other holding and gripping industry.
